SHIPPING POLICY
We will deliver the goods ordered by you to the address you give us for delivery at the time you make your order.
Once you have placed your order, we will aim to dispatch your goods within 24 hours. You will receive confirmation via e-mail or SMS upon doing so.
Although the Covid-19 Pandemic will not affect dispatching orders, we cannot guarantee that it will not affect our courier's ability to deliver within the estimated time frame. Delivery will be made as soon as reasonably possible after your order is accepted and in any event within 30 days of your order.
For your peace of mind during this time, we have taken the decision to provide all of our customers with a tracked delivery service with every shipping preference, including standard delivery!
Once your items have been handed to our courier, you will be provided with an email or SMS message notification that will include your parcel's identification code. This can be used to track the delivery status of your items with our courier.
Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.
You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered once we have received payment for the goods in full.
