Refund policy

We want you to love your Reva Amore purchase, but if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date

  • Products must be in their original, sealed, and unopened packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for underwear that has been opened or used

  • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

We recommend using a tracked service to ensure your return reaches us safely. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund promptly.


Faulty Items

If you receive an item that is faulty or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
